Built-in refrigeration needs a model-specific diagnosis. Tell us which compartment is affected, what the display shows, and when you first noticed the change. That information helps us prepare for the visit; it does not establish which part has failed.
Note which compartment is affected and any temperature or service message on the display. A cooling complaint can have more than one cause. We quote repair work after diagnosis, rather than promise a compressor replacement from a phone description.
Tell us whether there is no ice, small ice, a leak, or a dispensing problem. Include the model number and whether other refrigerator functions still work. Different installations use different water and ice arrangements.
Describe where the sound or frost appears and whether the door closes normally. Photos of the visible issue and the model label can help. Please do not remove panels or pull a built-in appliance out to investigate.
Have the model and serial number ready if they are accessible without moving the appliance. Tell us if it is panel-ready, integrated into cabinetry, or part of a paired refrigerator and freezer installation.
Clear the path to the kitchen and tell us about tight clearances, stairs, or cabinetry that restricts access. If a repair requires additional access or another visit, that is discussed after diagnosis.
If the appliance may still have manufacturer coverage, check that coverage before authorizing independent paid work. Any work involving refrigerant must be assigned to a technician with the required certification; availability is confirmed for the specific job.
The website diagnostic is $200 plus the tax currently displayed at booking ($217.75 total). It covers the trip and diagnosis, is not credited toward the repair, and is charged whether or not you approve further work. Pay when booking or when we arrive. Repair labor and parts are quoted separately; nothing proceeds without your approval. If parts need ordering, the parts payment is collected first and the repair is scheduled after they arrive.
Use the existing calendar to choose an available two-hour arrival window. The confirmation email is your booking record. If building requirements or the appliance’s warranty affect the visit, contact the office first.
