Payment

Pay the diagnostic fee.

Prepay only if you would rather not pay at the door. Your appointment is confirmed when you complete the booking calendar and receive its confirmation email. If you haven't picked a window yet, do that first.

  • Travel to your address, anywhere in the five boroughs
  • A technician opens the appliance and tests it properly
  • A straight answer on the fault, and whether it's worth repairing
  • The full repair price, before anyone touches a tool

Before you pay

The diagnostic fee covers the visit and the diagnosis only. It is not applied toward the cost of the repair, and it is charged whether or not you decide to go ahead with the work.

Reschedule or cancel free with at least 24 hours' notice, using the link in your confirmation email. Once a technician has been dispatched to your address, the fee is non-refundable.

What happens to the repair bill

After diagnosis, we send an itemized repair estimate for your approval. If parts must be ordered, we email you the part details and the required parts payment. We order only after that payment is verified and the office approves the purchase. We confirm the order by email, then arrange the repair when the parts arrive. Your final invoice shows the remaining approved charges and excludes parts already paid. The diagnostic visit remains separate.

Check your booking confirmation

The confirmation email you got when you picked your window is the booking — paying early doesn't change it, and not paying doesn't cancel it. This page is here purely so you can settle the diagnostic fee in advance if you'd prefer not to handle it at the door.
